These Terms govern your use of binom.com, the Binom applications Meet, Chat, Synergy AI, and Ideas (including their subdomains when live), and related services ("Services"), provided by Magic Web Solutions Limited ("Binom", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 03777400) with its registered office at 70 East Hill, Dartford, DA1 1RZ, United Kingdom. Magic Web Solutions Limited is the holding company that operates Binom. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You may create an account with email and password, or with single sign-on when offered. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. No credit card is required to create an account or explore free features when available.
How the Services work
Binom provides business productivity applications designed so people and agents can work together:
- Meet — turn meetings into actionable insights and tasks for people and agents.
- Chat — chat and knowledge tools for your team and agents.
- Synergy AI — AI assistance for business workflows and prompts.
- Ideas — capture sparks and turn them into structured plans.
AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies. Treat it as a productivity aid for business use, not as professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
Paid plans
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your account settings (or by contacting us); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to generate or store content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.
- Upload or process others' confidential or personal data without the rights and lawful basis to do so.
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract underlying models or training data.
- Resell access to the Services or use them to build a competing service in abuse of these Terms.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (for example meeting notes, chat messages, knowledge-base items, prompts, sparks, and plans). You grant us a licence to use that content as needed to operate and improve the Services. AI outputs generated for you are provided for your business use under these Terms.
Our intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and the Binom brands, are owned by Magic Web Solutions Limited / Binom and protected by applicable laws.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Web Solutions Limited and Binom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
