This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and protected when you use binom.com, the Binom applications Meet, Chat, Synergy AI, and Ideas (including their subdomains when live), and any related services (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Magic Web Solutions Limited ("Binom", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 03777400) with its registered office at 70 East Hill, Dartford, DA1 1RZ, United Kingdom. Magic Web Solutions Limited is the holding company that operates Binom. We are the data controller for the information described below.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account or sign in (email and password, or single sign-on when offered), we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name and similar profile details.
- Business and workspace content. Content you put into the apps so we can run them for you — for example meeting notes, action items and tasks in Meet; chat messages and knowledge-base content in Chat; prompts and AI outputs in Synergy AI; and sparks, plans and related notes in Ideas.
- Purchases. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles your card details; we receive a subscription status and limited billing metadata.
- Device & usage data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser, device type, and pages or features visited.
- Cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We may also use Google Ads cookies to measure how well our ads work. You can decline ad cookies and still use the Services.
How we use information
- To provide, personalise, and improve the Services.
- To power AI features in Meet, Chat, Synergy AI, and Ideas (for example summaries, suggestions, retrieval, and planning).
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To send service-related messages and, if you opt in, occasional product updates.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
AI-generated content
Features in Meet, Chat, Synergy AI, and Ideas use AI models. We pass the minimal prompts and workspace content needed for the feature you requested. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your personal account data to train third-party foundation models.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (authentication, hosting, AI inference, payments, analytics, advertising measurement), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Decline ad cookies in the cookie banner (when shown) or by contacting us.
- Request an export or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at hello@binom.com.
- Request deletion of your account by emailing us.
Data retention
We keep your account and workspace data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Services.
